  • Segment 25 done! Boca Raton to Miami.

Miami, the city of sunshine and palm trees, is such a beautiful city. Iโ€™m spending a day with my sister Dana at her place. Food, bike maintenance, and some much-needed sleep before the big push to the final stretch of Key West. ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ˜Š cancersoloride.com #PMC2025

  • Just two days until my Solo Ride begins.

A flat lay of cycling gear and supplies including a helmet, jersey, gloves, water bottles, shoes, a backpack, and a towel, arranged neatly on a patterned rug beside a decorative clock.

Just two days until my solo ride begins from the Mount Agamenticus Summit on May 8th at 9 am, and I’m feeling prepared! I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest thanks for all the amazing support. Knowing I’ll have a sunny morning and some friends with me at the start, fueled by everyoneโ€™s encouragement and belief in this important cause, is truly appreciated.

โ€œItโ€™s just a ride. Some riders have been on this route for a long time and start to wonder about the nature of the journey itself, while others who have found perspective from the ride return to encourage us, saying, โ€˜Hey, donโ€™t worry, itโ€™s just a ride.โ€™โ€
